In order to promote the role of civil affairs departments acting as estate administrators and effectively guide primary level units to carry out relevant work, Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau held 2024 annual training on estate administrator system on August 20. Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau will work with all district-level civil affairs bureaus through case study, experience sharing and lecturing, to publicize the policy and improve job performance at primary level, so that estate administrator system can safeguard the rule of law and maintain social harmony and stability.
