Recently, the residents of Zizhu Bandao community at Wujing Town, Minhang District successfully handled their personal affairs near their homes through the “online handling window”.

To actively explore innovative service models, the staff from Wujing Community Affairs Service center regularly work offline at the “online window” service stations to help with its operation. Their professional guidance has improved the effectiveness of this service thus winning praises from residents. Up to now, a total of 69 affairs can be handled on spot at 4 online window service stations of Wujing Town. Besides, another 125 affairs can be commissioned.
