On the afternoon of June 29, “Chasing Dreams” 2024 Shanghai Social Organization Joint Job Fair was staged at Shanghai Rencai Building. The job fair attracted more than 1,300 job seekers offline and received over 860 resumes. A total of 186 job applicants initially found their ideal jobs. In addition, more than 800,000 people participated through various online platforms including “Shanghai Social Organization”, “Shanghai Xintiandi Charity and Voluntary Services Park” and “Biyeshen” channels and The Paper News APP. This job fair not only provided a diversified employment channel for fresh college graduates and young job seekers, but also demonstrated an important role of social organizations in promoting employment.
