To further establish and improve the caring and service system for autistic children in Shanghai and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major instructions on paying specific care for people with special difficulties, the 2024 Shanghai Publicity Week of Caring Autistic Children and Minhang District’s caring month themed with “Helping Autistic Children to Live a Better Life” kicked off at “Blue Castle”, a cultural park in Minhang District, on March 31. The activity was guided by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and Minhang District Government, supported by Shanghai Charity Foundation and the CPPCC Minhang Committee and hosted by Minhang Civil Affairs Bureau and the Minhang Office of Shanghai Charity Foundation.
