With strong leadership and support from the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, the one-stop service for the establishment of social organizations was officially launched. It focuses on the registration and establishment of social organizations and integrates 8 relevant procedures, including official seal engraving, opening bank accounts, applying for new taxpayer packages, social insurance registration, applying for universal legal person digital certificates and electronic seals, applying for membership fee receipts, applying for public welfare donation receipts, and applying for non-profit organization tax exemption and pre-tax deduction of public welfare donations. Launched and operating on the "Government Online-Offline Shanghai" platform, this service achieved the "one-window application" and "one-network handling" for matters related to the establishment of social organizations and subsequent service items.

Starting from September 16, when applying for establishment registration, social organizations in Shanghai may apply for simultaneous handling of 1+8 items.
