On February 23, Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau (Shanghai Administration Bureau of Social Organizations) held its 2023 Shanghai Work Conference on Registration and Administration of Social Organizations. Jiang Rui, Director-general of SCAB, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Yaping, Deputy Director-general of SCAB, presided over and briefed the meeting.

At the meeting, the civil affairs bureaus of Putuo District and Songjiang District shared their management practices. The leaders of the municipal bureau awarded the plaques to the representatives of 5A-rated social organizations and encouraged high-level social organizations to play a leading role in the high-quality development of social organizations in Shanghai.

The main leaders, the leaders in charge, and the responsible persons of the relevant departments of all district-level civil affairs bureaus, and the responsible persons of the relevant departments/offices/units of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau attended the meeting.
