In the afternoon of February 10, Zhu Qinhao, Regional Group Leader of Shanghai COVID-19 Prevention and Control Leading Group, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and Director-general of the Bureau, led a team to inspect the closed-loop transportation and quarantine management of inbound travelers.

At Traffic Management Center of Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Zhu visited the volunteers from civil affairs agencies who were stationed at Pudong International Airport to dispatch closed-loop transportation, instructed the transportation work on the spot and extended his New Year's greetings to the volunteers.

Zhu stressed that strengthening the management of designated quarantine sites was the important and effective measure to achieve the goal of "preventing both the imported cases and a possible domestic resurgence". During the Spring Festival, all should still stay vigilance, strictly implement the management process, arrange personnel on duty and door-to-door body temperature measurement, and reinforce the health monitoring while at the same time enhance people-oriented care for people under quarantine.
