To improve the precision level of elder care services and constantly meet the elderly people's growing demand for a better life, Changning District has formulated the "Notice on Speeding up the Promotion of Elder Care Consulting Services in Communities", thereby ceaselessly improving the elder care consulting system.

At present, Changning District has achieved a complete coverage of elder care consulting service points at the village/neighborhood level. In the district, there is totally one gold-level elder care consulting service point at the district level, 10 subdistrict/township-level ones, 187 village/neighborhood-level ones, and 4 professional institution-level ones. There are 208 elder care consultants in the whole district.
