On March 24, to express gratitude to Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau for its profound friendship and good cooperation with the Netherlands, a group of people led by Ms. Anna Desiree Adema, Consul-General of the Netherlands in Shanghai, came to Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau to offer to the latter flowers and wishes from the Netherlands popularly known as “Tulip Kingdom”.

Director Zhu Qinhao met with Ms. Anna Desiree Adema and her entourage cordially. Both sides reviewed the history of friendly exchange between Shanghai and Rotterdam in such fields as eldercare service and discussed the outlook for friendly cooperation and communication in the future.
