On March 28, a delegation of 30 Japanese experts on elderly care services visited Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, holding a discussion meeting on the long term care insurance. Jiang Rui, Vice Director-General of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau, received the delegation, and attended the discussions with persons in charge of relevant issues from Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning, Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and divisions and offices of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau.
