On the afternoon of March 28, the delegation of the wives of foreign military attaches visited Shanghai Children’s Home in the company of Ms. Bai Lizhen, wife of the Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the National Defense Ministry.

The staff of Shanghai Children’s Home warmly welcomed the delegation and briefed on the development of Shanghai Children’s Home. Gao Julan, Chief Inspector of the Bureau addressed the welcoming ceremony. Ms. Bai Lizhen and Ms. Wendy, Acting Director of the Foreign Military Attaches’ Club then spoke at the ceremony on behalf of the Foreign Affairs Office of the National Defense Ministry and the Foreign Military Attaches’ Club respectively and donated money and materials to the children taken in by the institution. And then, the delegation were shown around the institution and had friendly communication with the children.
